Financial and Investment Disclaimer
- Not a Financial Advice: All information, market analysis, brokers reviews, scam detection reports, and other services provided by Maal.ai are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They should not be considered financial or investment advice, nor a recommendation to enter into any trade.
- Trading Responsibility: Maal.ai is not a trading broker, it does not manage investment portfolios and does not execute trades on your behalf. Users are responsible for their trading decisions and for any profits, losses, or other outcomes resulting from the use of the information provided by the platform.
- Data Accuracy: The platform relies on third party sources for market data, regulatory information, and the trading broker public details. While we strive to keep this information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that it is always free from errors or delays caused by technical issues or changes in external data sources.
Platform Usage and User Responsibilities
- Account Security: Users are responsible for their login credentials, and they should ensure that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.
- Fair Use: The use of bots, automated tools, or data scraping techniques to extract or copy or reproduce any platform content without prior written authorization from Maal.ai is strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual Property: All technologies, AI models, analyses, reports, and platform outputs are the intellectual property of Maal.ai. Users are granted a limited license for personal or internal business use only. Reselling or sharing platform data or outputs with third parties without prior authorization is prohibited.
Scam Detection and Broker’s Reviews
- Reviews Sources: Trading brokers reviews and scam alerts are based on multiple sources, including official regulatory data, publicly available information, and reports and experiences submitted by real traders.
- No Warning Does Not Guarantee Safety: A broker's absence from our warning list does not necessarily mean it is licensed or safe. Regulatory status and broker information may change over time.
- Transparency: We maintain complete independence and do not accept payments or requests from the trading brokers to influence ratings, remove the trader’s scam reports, or alter the outcome of our reviews.
Data Privacy and Account Security
- Data Protection: We protect user data by applying encryption during both transmission and storage.
- No Data Selling or Advertising: We do not sell users personal data to 3rd parties, and the platform is completely free from noisy advertising.
- Account and Data Deletion: Users may request the permanent deletion of their personal account and data from Maal.ai at any time, subjected to our account deletion procedures.
Updates to the Terms and Conditions
Maal.ai reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary. Users will be notified of any changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
